Dr. Goyal Departure Notice

We wish to inform you that Dr. Abhijeet Goyal’s last day with South Texas Renal Care Group (“the Practice”) will be December 30, 2025.

Dr. Goyal and the Practice want you to know that they are dedicated to your care and to making this transition a seamless one.

Dr. Alejandro Solano, a board-certified nephrologist, will be able to seamlessly take over your care and needs. Dr. Solano has more than 10 years of experience practicing nephrology, is bilingual (speaks Spanish), board certified and is known for his excellent bedside manner. He looks forward to continuing your care and is committed to maintaining the same level of clinical excellence and personal attention you have come to expect.

Your medical records will remain securely at our practice and no action is needed from you for this transition.
